Our Reservation Process
Choosing a new puppy is an exciting moment. There’s a lot that happens between making the right selection and bringing home your new puppy. We’ll work with you to make the entire process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Choose Your Puppy
Take a look at our available litters and pick the one that steals your heart. Fill out an application to let us know what kind of puppy you’re looking for. We’ll help you find the right fit according to personality, temperament, and lifestyle.
Make a Deposit
Once you’ve decided on the puppy that you just can’t live without, we will have you make a $500 deposit. It’s non-refundable, but it does go toward the total cost of your puppy. You can make the deposit online through our website or by mailing a check.
Arrange Transportation
We arrange safe transportation for your puppy from our home to your doorstep. We have a trusted network of pet transporters who will take care of your precious cargo and ensure they arrive safely to you. Transportation fees vary depending on the distance and the mode of transportation.
Communication
While you’re waiting for your puppy to reach 8 weeks (the appropriate age for them to come home) we will send you regular updates with photos and information about their personality and temperament. We can also help you prepare for their transition home with recommendations for supplies and training options.
Coming Home
Finally, your puppy is coming home! They will be up-to-date on their vaccination and deworming. We’ll also send them home with a puppy pack that includes food, toys, a blanket that smells like their mama, and other essentials to help get you started.
